リゾートホテル蓼科 — Hotel in Chino

Greetings! My husband and I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all of you for your warm hospitality during our stay at your hotel. Thank you very much for being so friendly and accommodating.

We appreciate that you always made our requests possible from the moment we made our bookings up until the time we checked out.

The room we stayed in was indeed our home away from home. It was spacious and pleasantly clean. A very big plus for us.

Please allow me to individually thank those who attended to our needs:

Mr Shimizu (front desk), for being so jolly and for fulfilling our specific requests. Big thanks he can speak English fluently 🙂

Miss Naito, She assisted us and even dropped us off outside despite the cold weather. So beautiful inside and out.

Miss Takeuchi, for gladly helping us out. Even with facemask I could see the glowing smile in her eyes.

I would also like to commend Mr Subedi and Mr Yamada, the restaurant staff, for being so kind during our dining experience. They were all so thoughtful in insisting us to try the delicious meals they prepared.

Please allow me to add some suggestions for the hotel's betterment. The lobby furniture is truly beautiful but I think that with the big space, it would be nice to consider designing the lobby into something more impactful to guests especially thise coming from far places. Just a friendly suggestion from someone who praises your hotel. Overall, everything was excellent.

I wish more success for the hotel and at the same time for each and everyone of you.

We seldom go on vacations due to this pandemic that is why we would like to thank you for making our experience a memorable one. It was truly a much needed relaxing stay. Looking forward to our next booking. More power to you all and take care.

2021/04/09 9:16:34 2021/4/6～4/8二人で2泊3日リゾートホテル蓼科405号室に泊まりました。愛車レクサスが玄関前に到着するや、黒制服のガッチリしたホテルマンが私達を出迎えてくれました。気持ち良かったです❤久美ちゃんがロビーで待つ間、私は駐車して来ました。チェックインカウンターでも女性コンシェルジュのように優しく案内されました。何と405号室の床は板からカーペットに張り替えられていました。以前とは違い清潔感を感じました。浴槽が少し寂しくトルマリン湯、ゲルマニウム湯、炭湯の3種でした。薬草のジッコウ湯が良かったです。過去のローズ湯が良かったです。ジッコウ湯は肌に良く効き目があったように思いました。 ★1→★3　玉上利文 2021/04/09 9:25:53

2021/01/15 17:17:42 リゾートホテル蓼科の接客も含めた総合点が🌟1個に下落した。 風呂が以前は、薬草じっこう湯+トルマリン湯+ローズ湯と素晴らしかった。コロナ禍もあり2020年は4月に1回来ただけで来れなかった。ここは三室源泉掛け流しの湯で皮膚炎などに効能がある温泉♨️なので来ていた。今回1/12～1/15の3泊4日来てみると①温泉は数個の白のトルマリン湯と炭湯に変わっていた。経費削減がお客様の不満に及んだ。ダメだと思った。私の部屋はポイントバケーションリロ蓼科の部屋だったが②106号室は部屋に入るなり床のキズが目立った。3日も過ごすのにソファー前の床が大きなキズ。写メを投稿します。とても残念❢③チェックアウトの際、フロントの男性NAGATA氏は接客に対しふてぶてしい態度、顧客接客に向かない『心が入って無い若者男性』でした。テレビで見るようなホテルマンとは大違い、修行し直しが必要と思った。NAGATAさんは接客術の研修が必要だと思った。私は🌟5個を付けていたが今回は🌟1個に転落死した。なお2021年1月18日から閉館すると案内が貼っていました。

2018/04/18 10:36:31の投稿は下部🌟 2018/01/15愛車レクサスで無事到着するやいなや、女性従業員が明るく『いらっしゃいませ』と出迎えてくれた。車のトランクから荷物を出そうとするとスタッフは手押し車を持って来てくれ5個の荷物を預かってくれ、駐車場を案内してくれた。チェックインカウンターに来たら付近に荷物を置いてくれていた。ポイントバケーション・リロオーナーの予約表を見せ、チェックインした。丁寧な応対、ホテル紹介を受け部屋に行こうとしたら、男性従業員が『お荷物をお持ちします』とカートを押してくれた。いい気分でした。☺️部屋で顔や手を洗い、写真を撮影するためホテル玄関前に行った。蓼科山をバックにリゾートホテル蓼科看板を背景に3泊宿泊記念の写真を男性従業員に撮ってもらった。山の名前、温泉の泉質（蓼科三室源泉）がわかり、帰路の道路192号線の話を聞いた。女性従業員男性従業員共に親戚に教えてくださった。☺️ここに勤務する従業員が、皆んな私達客に親戚に応対してくれます。リゾートホテル蓼科の社長もしくは幹部の教育、躾が良いと感じました🌟☺️私は感謝の気持ち『ありがとうございます。』を口に出した。☺️非常感謝🌟

It’s a large old hotel past its glory days. The rooms had been modernised which was perhaps the most noticeable improvement.

The food wasn’t great, which was disappointing. The steak was nice, but they cut the size due to being ‘busy’. Also no crab which was supposed to be available. Other than that the shrimp and mozarella salads were good. Other dishes were below expectations for a hotel buffet.

Breakfast sandwiches were nice and there was abit more choice in the morning.

80% of the game room area wasnt working. The shop was limited. My wife likes onsen, but came back disappointed.

The location is nice by the lake and the Goats are doing a great job...
