A Stunning Blend of Style, Comfort, and Warm Hospitality Our stay at the Arcade Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this place was something special. The hotel’s design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary elegance and raw industrial charm—every detail feels intentional. The exposed concrete walls, preserved from the building’s past, don’t just add texture—they feel like art installations, quietly telling stories of the building’s history. We stayed in Room 201, and it was exactly what we needed after long days of travel and exploring. The space was exceptionally large, airy, and thoughtfully laid out. The furnishings were modern yet cozy, and the overall design felt minimalist without ever being cold. The bathroom was pristine and stylish, with high-quality fixtures and great lighting. The small kitchen area was a pleasant surprise—well-equipped, functional, and seamlessly integrated into the room’s aesthetic. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the hotel. Everything felt spotless and well-maintained, from the lobby to the room itself. You can tell the team takes real pride in the space. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the manager. She was not only professional and attentive but also genuinely kind and welcoming. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place that combines design-forward style, comfort, and heartfelt service, I couldn’t recommend the Arcade Hotel more. First of all the design of this hotel is amazing , a retro bunker styled with raw walls and a beautifully built lounge. Secondly the service was amazing , we were checked in by a younger man who is still practicing his English, but he does it very well and puts alot of effort into being very helpfull. We understood everything he said and we even got a complimentery lemonade when checking in. The room itself is very spacious and the amenity kit in the bathroom is very nice aswel , I've only just checked in everythings topped of my list here . There is a kettle in the lounge together with other amenities for people who need it😉. And again thanks to the staff who helped us with checking in and carrying our luggage...

Well-cleaned and organised! Very comfortable and more importantly, rooms as well as the reception area are amazingly instagramable :-)

They got selections of beautiful craft beer that are brewed in the prefecture(Shizuoka) at the counter, That would be very ideal getting yourself one to try, or for souvenir! They also got some FREE tea and instant drip coffee for hotel guests which is nice.

The hotel itself doesn't have a lift but the friendly staff will help you out with bags/laguages! Also they can get you a taxi if needed.

All the restrants that are within walking distance are good for dinner as well.
