I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't express enough how strategically located and convenient it is! Just a delightful 10-minute stroll from Fujisawa Station, the hotel boasts a prime spot right next to the popular Don Quijote store.
One of the standout features is the breakfast restaurant located in the same hotel building where I indulged in a delightful pancake set priced at just 500 yen and Shabu shabu buffet set at just 1,300 yen. The convenience of having such a delicious option right at the hotel was a major plus for me.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the remarkable staff. Despite some members being part-timers, their dedication and helpfulness were evident. I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent English proficiency, making communication a breeze. Their warm and accommodating demeanor added a special touch to my stay.
As for the room, it was nothing short of impressive. Spacious and featuring high ceilings, it provided ample room for me to organize my belongings comfortably. The wifi is quite good and the bathroom has high quality toiletries. The thoughtful design and layout truly enhanced the overall experience.
In summary, my stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. From its strategic location and proximity to popular attractions to the delightful dining options and the exceptional staff, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. I plan to stay in all of the Hotel Smile branches restaurant...

We could hear some corridor noise but no outside noise from our room. ||It was pretty convenient to have laundry machines on-site, and it only cost us around 500 yen. They provide pajamas/lounge wear for night time, but they are one size and will not fit anyone who is tall and/or has a larger bust. About a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, depending on if you have luggage (train platform may require stairs unless you find an elevator). There is a convenient and big 711...
