Great location - next to the Tojinmachi subway station, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful and relaxing Ohori park. The nearest shopping mall is one subway station away - at Nishijin.||The hotel is not too large, so you are unlikely to bump into other residents, except for an elevator. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the walls are really thin and don't screen sounds at all (this is by far the most serious vice of this hotel). However, considering the price, it is a good choice for a traveler on budget.||The rooms are equipped with free wired internet, an air conditioner, a fridge, a TV unit and an electric kettle. Other things are pretty standard for Japan: a gown, 3 towels, 2 cups, and a green tea bag changed daily, an ample supply of bathroom expendables, a switchboard near the bed with a tiny flashlight for the case of emergency, and a pair of slippers.||The hotel is cleaned daily, but there is some unpleasant smell when you enter the room. Not scary and convenient as it is located on the main street.3. The price is cheap.4. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby (there were at least 4, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart).5. Close to Ohori Park (walkable).6. Although it is small, there is a bathtub (I take a half-body bath every day after the schedule)disadvantage1. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes.2. There is no problem in getting to the center (Hakata, Tenjin), but once you return to the accommodation, there is nothing to do other than go to the convenience store. Anyway, there is nothing around.3. The room is narrow. It is difficult to fully open the 24-inch suitcase.4. It was a bit cold…5. I'm not sure about the other employees, but the young male employee was not friendly.6. The window barely opens.etc…- I don't know for sure, but it feels like locals use it more than tourists. Salary workers or students etc. I never saw a Korean during my 4 night stay.- (For single rooms) Shampoo, conditioner, body shower, and hand wash are provided.- There is a hair dryer and coffee pot in the room.- The microwave is on the 2nd floor.total conclusion@ Good value for money accommodation@ Worth using...
