Parfait Lab PINSIRIO — Restaurant in Fukuoka

A wonderful cafe with seating on the second level. The strawberry parfait was absolutely delicious, the flavours were complex but well balanced with a wide variety of textures throughout. Each aspect of the parfait was executed well and the components came together perfectly, it’s even more impressive considering that the parfait was not excessively sweet unlike what you would find at other places.

I would highly recommend visiting this cafe, but be prepared to arrive early. There was a queue outside even before the cafe opened on a weekday, though everyone managed to get seated during the first seating. It was a pleasant experience and the staff speak some English as well and there was an English menu available, though Google translate helps as the detailed menu is only available...

いちごの森 Strawberry Forest

Thinly sliced Amaou strawberries line and surround the martini glass with custard, dark chocolate plate, caramelized almonds, napoleon puff pastry, strawberry sorbet and pistachio cream built painstakingly from the bottom up.

いちごショコラ Strawberry Chocolate Fondant

Halved strawberries with a molten chocolate cake. Not quite lava, but soft and rich with the acidity of the berries balancing it out nicely.

Not cheap, but the prices are fully justified by the generous amount of strawberries and also the labour into crafting these eye-pleasing treats.

One of the worst Parfait I tried In my life. The combination of flavor was not appreciated, too sweet, the balance was very bad. Cream, whipped cream and sort crumble are not handmade and bought all ready made... this is a place for showing on instagram but no flavors at all... For this price for a parfait, I expected much better. And the atmosphere, is way too quiet...stressful. Very disappointed. Will not come...
