Staff was friendly but this stay was a major disappointment. Check in was quick and simple. The elevators smelled like cigarettes, the restaurant was closed the entire time we were there including the bar. There was no happy hour as indicated by their website. Our first room had no lock and the door would not entirely which rendered the air conditioning useless and the room unsafe. We were able to switch to a room with a lock with no fuss from the staff. The pool had a lot of green algae our first night so we did not use it, day 2 it looked better so we did swim a bit. The pool deck is rotted in several places, ants and mosquito were terrible. There were tins for mesquito coils but they were all empty. There was an area that was covered with plastic and had old rain water which housed a terrible smell, worms, dead critters and more.

The pool was very small and dirty.
The spa is not like a Japanese spa, with men and women separated, so you need to bring a swimsuit. Of course neither of us did. We're Japanese, so we didn't expect this at all.
The karaoke room was closed, even though it was advertised online. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, so we were very disappointed.
The rooms were clean, but the design had a really bad taste. Ikea cups, cheap wall papers. Same as the whole hotel, actually.

仕事の都合で約2週間滞在しましたが、今まで利用したホテルの中でもトップレベルで不満が残る滞在となりました。
まず最初に驚いたのが、滞在中の清掃が一切ないこと。 こちらから申し出ない限りタオル交換はなし。 さらに清掃をお願いする場合、1回3,000円の追加料金が発生するとのことで、長期滞在者にとってはとても現実的とは言えません。
そして、毎朝のコーヒータイムを楽しみにしていた私にとって、コーヒーの件もかなりストレスでした。 コーヒーメーカーはなく、備え付けのインスタントコーヒーを自分でお湯を沸かして入れる方式。 それ自体はまぁ我慢できますが、1週間ほどで補充されなくなり、スタッフに聞いたら「今切らしてて〜」と軽くあしらわれました。 その後も補充はされず、結局自分でコンビニに買いに行くはめに。 お金を払って滞在しているのに、なぜ基本的なサービスを“申し訳なさげもなく”提供しないのか、本当に疑問です。
そして何よりひどかったのが朝食。 前日に渡される“時間指定”の朝食券(例:7:30)を持って食堂に向かっても、指定時間になってもスタッフが誰もいない。 急いでいる朝に立ち尽くすことが何度もあり、非常にストレスでした。
毎日同じメニューで、明らかに作り置き。煮物には白く固まった油が浮き、 ウインナーはいつから置いてあるのかわからないような見た目。 正直、これが朝一番の食事なのはつらかったです。 (※写真参照:見た目で判断したくないけれど、どうしても気になってしまうレベルでした) 「朝食付きプラン」として売っているのが信じられないクオリティでした。 結局最後の方は朝食は利用しなくなりました。
さらにスパ・サウナを楽しみにしてこのホテルを選びましたが、現地で「水着着用が必須」と知らされ、結局利用できず。 事前にはその記載が見当たらず、裸で入れる大浴場という一般的な感覚で選んだため、非常にがっかりしました。
ただし、夕方以降にフロントにいる若いスタッフの方々は感じがよく、親切に対応してくれました。 それだけが救いでしたが、サービスの全体的な質や運営体制には根本的な改善が必要だと強く感じました。
職場からのアクセスが良かったため利用しましたが、長期滞在や快適さを求める方にはおすすめできません。同じ料金でもっと良いサービスを受けられるホテルはたくさんあります。 今後改善されることを強く願います。

I stayed here for about two weeks on a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
There was no housekeeping at all unless requested, and if you do request it, you’re charged an extra 3,000 yen per cleaning. Towels were not refreshed unless you asked, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay.
The in-room instant coffee ran out after a week, and when I asked at the front desk, they just said, “We’re out of stock,” with no apology or follow-up. It was never restocked, and I had to buy my own from a convenience store. For a paid stay, even basic services like this were poorly handled.
Breakfast was also a mess. You get a ticket with a fixed time (like 7:30), but when I went to the dining area, no staff were present. This happened multiple times, which was especially stressful in the morning. The food was the same every day, clearly pre-made, and one dish even had visible oil floating on top, raising hygiene concerns.
On the positive side, the evening part-time staff were friendly and helpful, which was the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.
