Kyosushi Hakozakiten — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Best kaiten sushi I've had in my month-long visit to Japan! It is affordable and the sushi tasted so good. We especially loved the recommended tuna nigiri and any salmon sushi; the fish was super tasteful and the fish/rice balance was great. You could select with or without wasabi, which I thought was very useful.

The service was quick and friendly; we stumbled in quite close to closing time (we arrived around 14.20, when the last order is at 14.45, before closing at 15.00), but were helped friendly nevertheless. We had plenty of time to eat as much as we wanted, our sushi arrived quickly and fresh!

The only thing that could use a change is the soy sauce: it was very difficult to dose it properly, a lot came out at once.

가실거면 평일에 가세요! 그리고 달걀 들어간 메뉴만 시키시는 걸 적극 추천드립니다!! 저 별 2개는 오로지 달걀이 들어간 메뉴를 위한 별점입니다!! 후토마끼도 맛있었고, 갓 구워서 따끈따끈하고 촉촉한 달걀이 밥을 덮은 초밥도 정말 맛있었습니다. 좀 태웠지만..

후쿠오카 아저씨 보고 맛있어보여서 기대를 품고 주말에 갔는데 카이센동을 포함한 모든 세트 메뉴는 주말에 안 된다고 하더라고요. 대신 포장메뉴가 된다기에 치라시동으로 주문했는데 세상에 이렇게 맛없는 회는 처음 먹어봅니다!

엔가와가 흙맛나고 비리고 질척하면 말 다한거죠!! 마감시간까지 안 팔리고 남아 말라 비틀어진 마트 스시도 이보다는 신선했을 겁니다!

치라시동에서 제일 맛있었던 건 나비 모양으로 예쁘게 조각한 당근과 슬라이스한 오이였습니다. 채소가 참으로 신선한데 왜 회는 이따구인지 아직도 의문입니다. 오픈하기 20분전부터 대기한 제 머리를 때리고 싶은 심정이었죠. 너무나도 처참한 맛에 모든 기억을 잃고 싶었지만 또 달걀 초밥은 맛있어서 기억을 하나봐요.

대략적으로 오징어는 끈적끈적하고 특유의 단맛이라고는 찾아볼 수 없었고..

참치!! 참치 이것만 아니었어도 리뷰는 안 썼는데 이 참치 입에 넣자마자 3일은 밖에 방치한 듯 시큼한 피맛이 코와 혀를 강타해 차마 삼킬 수 없었습니다.. 해동을 어떻게 했는지…

그 외.. 뭐 전멸이고.. 청어알 초밥.. 제가 젤 좋아하는 네타인데.. 이거 욕하고 싶었습니다… 그저 비리고 비리고 비렸습니다… ㅠ

그리고 복튀김. 뼈 밖에 없고 살 없어요. 드시지 마세요…

종합적으로 두번 다시 가고 싶지...
