I’ve expected my vacation to Japan for a longtime. I booked one night at …... (hotel) for my first night to stay through your platform - Agoda, but just a couple of hours later, I found the location will not be convenient for transportation after getting out of airport …… I had to cancel the booking just a few hours after did it. But unexpected thing is Agoda refused to refund my booking fee even in a very short time from booking to cancelling. The agency of Agoda firmly said the owner refused to refund the booking cost after they communicated with you, but I don’t believe it. So, I want to tell you I have already booked another hotel and will no longer to live there that day. You can rent it out. That is the first time I’ve encountered the situation on my longtime travelling experience. As a customer, I feel unfairly treated by this rigid and lacking kindness policy. I kindly request that review this matter and reconsider refunding my booking fee. I believe this is not only reflect a fair and customer-friendly approach but also aligned with the level of service, trust of that Agoda and reputations of owner. お盆期間中に泊まりで利用。 割り増し料金5000円です。 一泊17000円と安くなかったですが、評価も高かったのでこちらにしました。 Hのお部屋にしたのですが、ある程度の広さはあります。ただ少しタバコ臭かったです。 水回りの清掃が行き届いてなのか、コバエが飛んでいたり臭いがしたり、お湯と水の調整ができず暑い時期にお湯ばかり出る、その上ドライヤーは壊れており使えない（オンになっている状態で置かれていたので使用できるかどうかの確認もされていない)、テレビのリモコンの音量ボタンだけが使えないなど、全体的にも管理が不十分で利用しにくいホテルでした。 ...
