Green Rich Hotel Osaka Airport — Hotel in Ikeda

I decided to cheap out and spend our last night in Osaka at this hotel since it was close to Itami....BAD idea. I will say that the staff was very friendly, but the Room was teeny tiny compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Osaka. The other positive comment is the shuttle bus was convenient. On the down side, there is no closet in the Room, you have to pay for TV channels, the bed is smaller than the one I slept in as a kid, and the bathroom is a modular unit it's about the size of an airplane bathroom. Buyer beware when you stay here, make sure you know what type of room you're getting. The website is a little deceiving, and most of the rooms that they show are much larger than the one that you get for the standard double. Also, they charge you ¥20000 or $200 if you lose your Room key. My recommendation is to stay at 1 of the branded hotels in the downtown area. Close to shopping and...

Green Rich Hotel, Osaka Airport is a dishonest hotel that pretends to be at the Osaka International Airport in Japan and list themselves as this on Expedia, Hotels.com and other booking engines. They are in actual fact at the domestic airport in the north, and I suspect I am one of many people that book this hotel thinking that it is as described at the International airport. The domestic airport is at least an hour and a half away to the north. I complained to hotels.com . Both refused to refund me my money. Hotels.com continue to allow this hotel to mislead the public with their location. Be very careful the Osaka International airport code is (KIX)||||I suspect this is an intentional scam. If they manage to get one person a day do this, they are making some good money as they refuse to refund the money when you discover the hotel is not where they...

Excellent location. Average facilities. Location is excellent. There is a free (included in room price) shuttle to the terminal, and it takes less than 10 minutes. Shuttles start at 6AM, and leave every 30min. Check-in is 3PM. We checked-in earlier, and had to give our passports to be photocopied. The reception staff stowed our suitcases until 3PM at which time they delivered them to our room. We went out, obtained the room key upon our return (after 3PM) and our luggage was waiting in our room for us.

The condition of the room is average at best, with dated facilities, and the inside of the room seemed just a little on the dirty side. The shower was clunky to use, and amenities average.
