This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel is further away from the airport than one would expect, the rooms (although decent size for Tokyo standards) are below average with unatractive furniture, poorly lit, and exposed concrete and pipes on the ceiling. The beds are really short in length and our feet were hanging off the edge despite being shorter than 6 feet tall. The staff were unfriendly and rude and there was zero assistance with carrying the luggages to the room. The advertised free airport shuttle stops between 11pm and 6:30am and the taxi fare which we were told was going to be around 2,000 yen, was almost 4,000 yen. We booked a room online and were in need of an extra room as one of our friend's flight was cancelled. Although the advertised rate for the room was 9,500 yen (and the booked rate was 8,500 yen) the receptionist charged us nearly 20,000 yen for the extra room and was extremely rude. It was just before midnight and we were extremely tired and had to wake up and leave the hotel at 5:30am so we had no choice but getting the room. We contacted the hotel and requested a refund for the extra charge which was refused. There are several bad reviews online about this hotel which unfortunately we did not pay enough attention to. If you are after a standard airport hotel and expect a reasonable service and customer experience for the price you would be better off looking elsewhere. For the price that we paid, we could have paid a bit more and stayed at the hotel inside the Haneda Airport which would have been more convenient and enjoyable and saved us a lot of...

First let me say this hotel is NICE. Very modern, great staff, and easy to check into.
A strange but understandable difference is there is no bath tub in the room. Like most Japanese hotels have. But it does have a public bath with hot tub.
There’s a restaurant at the top and a cafe on ground floor.
The staff will call a taxi if needed and the hotel provides a shuttle to specific stations and the airport (Haneda).
I was honestly happy with my stay BUT. The location is not particularly ideal if you plan on having later nights on the town, as the trains to the nearest station close later. And a taxi from Shibuya or other central areas will cost between $90 to $125 depending.
IF you need a place to stay a day or two before heading to Haneda then this is perfect. Especially with the shuttle.
I also drove so parking is important. The parking is ¥1000 ($10appix) per night. You get a ticket as you enter and take it to the front desk to switch it for a flat rate ticket if not you pay hourly. I made the mistake of paying hourly.
In any case, over all a great hotel, would use again but...
Read moreIndustrial style design, very beautiful. The lobby provides free coffee, tea and some toiletries including facial masks to guests.Transportation: It is very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus. When dropping off, you can go to Terminal 1, 2, and 3. For picking up, there are only terminals 1 and 2.Location: There is only a river away from the airport. From the hotel, you can see a runway of Haneda Airport opposite. If you are lucky, you can see the takeoff and landing of planes. In the morning, if you go for a morning jog, you can run along the river, which is very comfortable.Hygiene: Very good.Room: A normal Japanese hotel room.Service: The hotel uniquely provides electric scooters and bicycles. In short, it is a rather unique hotel. If you don't consider shopping, you can stay here for 1 or 2 days. It is also good as a holiday hotel. Next time I come to Tokyo, I will stay in this hotel for...
