This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Extremely convenient location – Just take the train to Tenkūbashi Station, and the hotel is right there as soon as you come up. No hassle even with luggage. Beautiful and modern design – Stylish, modern décor with an airport theme. The lighting is gorgeous, and the view from the window overlooks the runway, where you can see many planes. Spotless cleanliness – Both the room and public areas are very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped facilities – Plenty of USB-A ports in the room, plus a multi-functional mobile charger with various connectors already provided. Super convenient. Spacious room – Easily enough space for two people to stay comfortably. High-quality TV – A large Sony TV with beautiful picture quality. Large and comfortable beds – Two big beds with the perfect firmness, very comfortable to sleep on. Generous bathroom space – A full-size bathtub, along with all essentials such as toothbrushes, razors, and cotton swabs. Over 20sqm with twin bed was very comfortable and spacious Super quiet – Amazingly silent. No street noise, no airplane noise, no sound from neighboring rooms, no noise, full diligence , Even with the air conditioning on full power, there’s absolutely no wind noise , perfect for rest. Impressive lighting and switches – Gorgeous lighting with many controls to adjust. The finish of the switches feels premium, and their design is reminiscent of airplane cockpit switches – a great touch.
On top of that , great communication , the email discussion before arrival was prompt and well communicated also a step by step how to get there instruction was provided
💡 Only 2 minor drawback
-After 10 PM, there’s nothing to eat nearby. The closest convenience store or restaurant is about a 15-minute walk (around 700 meters) away. Other than that, almost nothing to fault .
-The semi self check in system was asking too many private info including occupation information and where travellers going next
Overall, this hotel excels in location, design, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, quietness, and attention to detail. I will definitely...
Read moreBrand new hotel with a few annoying flaws.
Locating the hotel was a bit of a hassle. I walked through eerily empty corridors until I finally found the elevators that led to the hotel reception. They could use a bit more signage from the train exits. Especially the smaller exits.
The reception requires searching your own name on a big screen. So high tech yet so unnecessary and convoluted. Searching for my name in the English alphabet didn't work. Searching for my name in Hiragana didn't work. After watching me struggle, the staff finally searched for me and found that my Japanese name was registered in Katakana (why???). It was by far the longest check-in process out of the 10+ hotels during my trip in Japan. Feels like the staff were forced to use this system.
No room number written on the room card key.
The room TV displays the available laundry machines and the times remaining... except the availability and times were completely wrong. There are also only five machines. Two of which were out of service. Also these machines were a washer drier combo. This is a terrible idea. They don't clean/dry as well as dedicated machines. It also means there are less machines available. You have to wait for the previous person to finish drying before you can start washing. This was the only hotel where I couldn't do my laundry.
The breakfast is meh. Very plain. The desserts were nice though.
The customer service is great. They were well staffed and attentive.
The rooms are very nice. I liked that they had a nice high top desk and a tiny low table. The bathtub was also clean and a decent size. It took me awhile to figure out how to close the blinds for the window (there's a second set of pulleys in the back).
The shuttle service is every 45 mins. It takes 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to get to terminal 2 (furthest away). But it takes 15 mins to take a train. If you're short on time, just take the train.
Ultimately though, it feels like the hotel management doesn't seem to fix...
Read moreWe stayed here during a long layover from a series of flights from KIX to HND to ORD. We were only at the hotel for maybe 12 hours but it was such a welcome and needed break from the stress of travel. The property was incredibly clean and well lit.
There was a laundry room with vending machines, an ice machine and a microwave for all to use. The hotel room was sparkling clean, gorgeous and well equipped with lots of modern features and conveniences! You could even track the status of the washing machines on the tv in the room. The tv easily paired up with my Apple+ streaming service from my phone and I was able to unwind to my favorite shows in cozy pajamas the hotel provided. The bed was large, firm and comfortable with lights and usb outlets on both sides! The sheets were soft, smooth and cozy.
The bathroom was well equipped with a separate room for the toilet and bidet. The bidet had a warm seat and lots of features. The tub was deep and the shower had great water pressure.
The room came with complementary toiletries, coffee, tea and water. There were 2 postcards in the room and after I searched all of Japan for some with no luck, a man at the front desk said I could have one to send and assisted me with a stamp and the directions to a mailbox. There was also a humidifier in our room which was helpful for the dry winter air!
It is very easy to get to from Haneda terminal 3 via the monorail. There is a free shuttle offered by the hotel but I found the monorail to be quicker to get to and from the airport! Google maps will tell you to take the North Exit but I found that the HiCity Exit was actually easier to navigate to the front door. The entrance is only steps away from the station but there was no clear signage that I could find. My only issue was figuring out how to get inside of this hotel! I wish there were more signage to direct folks to the entrance. Excellent hotel, courteous staff, convenient location to Haneda Airport....
