I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Japan and it was hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. But it wasn't just the staff that made my stay so wonderful - the hotel itself was filled with amenities that made my stay truly unforgettable. One of the things I loved most about this hotel was the abundance of free face products that were available for guests to use. As someone who takes their skincare routine seriously, I was delighted to find that the hotel provided everything from high-quality cleansers to luxurious facial masks - all completely free of charge. But the amenities didn't stop there - the private bathtubs in each room were a true highlight of my stay. The complementary bath salts were a lovely touch and made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I must have taken a bath every night of my stay! Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The combination of friendly staff, extra amenities, and luxurious private bathtubs made for an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that truly goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, this is the place to be.

Hotel is so big and spacious. The bathroom was huge with an equally huge bathtub. Great range of facial and hair care for guests to pamper themselves. The greatest flaws are the location - 1.3 km from the train station, very secluded, no restaurants at all except for outlets like Lawson and 7 Eleven. Staff cannot speak English and counters are not manned. They seem to hide unless you call out to them. Overall, guests felt alone and unwelcome. I think it's best to take out the Adult hotel labels as it make me feel strange staying in the hotel. It's a waste as the place could be more vibrant with little children, young and old. Many beautiful hotels around there but cannot find people walking about. More like they are sneaking around.

I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many hotels. This one was by far one of the most extraordinary! The rooms are very large, there was a personal mall-style massage chair, a large TV with room service options, netflix, YouTube. And so many amenities that came with the room which I was suspicious of at first because I thought to myself "there is no possible way these are free to use" but in fact they were. The hotel staff are kind, polite, and professional. They respect privacy even to the point that they deliver room services through a sort of dumb waiter in the wall so you just take the order on your side at your leisure. Absolutely incredible place 20 stars out of 5. Highly reccomend!

This was a very interesting experience. The hotel is a little far from the station about 15-20 min walk but there is a bus apparently (we didn't use it) upon arrival it looked very upmarket. Though the receptionist didn't speak English really at all, she had translate apps as did we and the check in process was pretty easy. She told us we got to pick breakfast and what time for it to be delivered to our room. We entered the room to disbelief. Our room must of been 600sqft if not more. It was more like an apartment than a room. King size bed, dining area, couch, massive tv. Bath and shower were huge with Jacuzzi. There were alot of leaflets and one said free food to which we thought that can't be right but sure enough it was. There is a pool room and a rooftop open air onsen style bath (we didn't get a chance to use it as we were just too busy) but these were also included free.

One thing to note is this is definately a love hotel. We didn't care, we thought it was quite hilarious as we had no idea. There is a leaflet by the tv with adult offerings and there was a toy by the bed to use as well as a cupboard "mini fridge" style with costumes and other toys to buy 😆😁 That being said none of the clientele we saw on our trip seemed to be there for that, I think they were all in the same boat as us lol

If you don't care about the adult stuff then is definately a great option to stay, especially for the price and...

Wow! What a stunning hotel! We wanted to visit Kyoto and had a few discounts and vouchers with Expedia, so decided to splash out on the fanciest room at this hotel. It was SO worth it. The bed was so comfortable and beautiful. I was really surprised by the amenities available - two sinks, a lovely bath and shower, sauna, outdoor hot tub - which was so good once the temperature dropped. We also had massage chairs, Tassimo machines, fresh fruits and cookies. There were the usual vending machines available in labuho but we didn't utilise these. We ordered kara age to the room and also had breakfast. I like the meal delivery system - it goes via a two-way cupboard. The food was fresh and tasty. There were bath salts available in the lobby which I probably should have used, but I was too tired to think of it at the time. Probably would do that in the future though. Because we had prepaid and booked a stay, we were met on site by staff. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for making our...
