Although the front desk is easily visible from the entrance and elevator, they don't greet guests even when they see them. This is something I haven't experienced much at other APA hotels. In that respect, the service is the worst of any APA hotel.

The hotel is located very close to Dejima and close to the airport limousine bus stop. There are also convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient.

The room is a little larger than other APA hotels. Although the cleanliness of room seems to be fine, there were more than few hairs of different lengths left in the bathroom (I had very short hair, but they were all long), which makes me wonder how they clean the bathroom. Also, the drainage may be poor, as the toilet paper doesn't flush down the toilet easily.

In addition, the location of air conditioner is very bad as the air hits directly to the bed = body no matter how you configure it. Really terrible as it just disturbs your sleeping and the quality of stay. This is also the worst thing which some APA hotels...

APA emphasizes that it is a simplified luxury hotel which essentially means no service but charges luxury prices. There is no daily room cleaning service unless you put the Please Clean label on your door before 9am which is the only hotel in Japan that we have experienced this. When we returned in the afternoon and asked for a cleaning, the staffs told us there is no cleaning services available after 9am. This is definitely not luxury. In addition, the bed was too soft and warm. There’s no Onsen for this APA either, which could have been its saving grace. The only good thing about this branch is that the room is large and the...

Suggestions as follow before your booking:

Don’t book consecutively, if you book more than 1day,they don’t give you water except your first day, water is their “WECOME DRINK”.

They have a smoking area next to their restaurant, but they don’t tell you, they’d ask you to walk a block to smoke, I guess you only smoke in there if you pay for the food.

Location is good, but you definitely can get better value hotel around. It’s not a disgusting hotel, but you pretty much only get a bed for sleeping,it’s...

Disgusted by the amount of mold that I found on the windowsill when trying to open the window for ventilation. The entire room smelt very strongly of black mold, when tried to clean the window to get rid of the smell the mold was thick like paint. The room had no aircon and heating was centrally controlled meaning it was 28 degrees in the room. Other guests were arguing on the hallway at 1am in the morning and children were running around screaming. The worst hotel I stayed at in Japan.

I highly don’t recommend staying in this hotel, at least on the side facing the street. Place lacks basic sound insulation, has leaking windows and you will have a heavy duty construction work full night long. So no sleep guaranteed.
