Beautiful, New, and Promising Open-Air Private Onsen Hotel 🧖🏔️

As part of my Gunma trip, I wanted to stay at a hotel with an open-air private onsen! I took a risk booking this one because, at the time of my research, there weren’t many photos available. The website only featured beautiful sketches of the rooms and layouts. I later discovered that the hotel was very new—less than a month old!

Enticed by the promise of a serene open-air bath, I went ahead with the reservation. When the day arrived, check-in was smooth and easy. I forgot to get the concierge’s name, but he was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated his effort to speak English with us.

When we were shown to our room, it was breathtaking. The view outside was spectacular, like a painting brought to life. Light snow was falling, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The private onsen? Absolutely top-notch—chef’s kiss!

Breakfast the next morning was superb, and all the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Thank you so much for this amazing experience. This was undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at in Japan. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to do well because I can’t wait to come back next time. Thank you again, Kanouya and staff! See you again soon! 🙏

客室露天風呂が広くて最高でした！ 川や木々を見ながらゆっくりくつろげました！ （一方で川と木々という自然の中にある形なので、虫は多かったので苦手の方はキツイかも？） 館内も客室も綺麗で文句なし！ とてもリラックスして過ごせました。 強いて言うなら階段が狭くて急でした。 ちょっと足腰が弱い方にはキツイかと思いました。 ただ、荷物は希望すれば部屋まで運んでくださるとのことでした！サービスなども文句なしだと思います。 駐車場は目の前に4台と1分程度の場所に他の宿と...

受付の方が親切に案内してくださったり、有名な場所はここ、と教えてくださったり嬉しかったです！ 部屋も綺麗すぎたし、 客室露天風呂も最高でした(*｀ω´)b コースのご飯後にシャンパンのボトルを注文してお部屋でくつろぎながら飲んだり本当に楽しくのんびりできた休日になって、いい思い出です！！

客室露天風呂を堪能しすぎて姉妹店の大浴場に行けなかったのは心残りですが、、💦

また行きたい！って思いました！
