とびた荘 — Hotel in Oarai

The room is good and the attitude of other staffs is nice. However, I don't care what happened to your management, it doesn't mean that the male host can yell at me. Yes, I'm not good at speaking Japanese, but it doesn't mean that you could criticise and yell at me. 本当に最低. I give you two stars because of the kind service from your son. I'll never recommend this accommodation while there are tons of good hotels around.

Update: His wife comes to my room on the next day and apologizes for the thing happened last night. All staffs also apologize to me during the breakfast time. To be honest, I love Oarai and most people I met here are kind and friendly. I give one more star to this hotel. However, I still think it was very rude for what he's done to me. They may need to think of how to improve their management and...

I stayed here on 4/15-4/17, and I enjoyed my stay. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, even though I didn't know much Japanese. The onsen is also very peaceful. The price was really good for 2 nights, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. It is a bit of a walk to get to places like the Oarai Marine Tower, but you get to walk past the beautiful shrine on the way. It adds to the enjoyment.

I highly recommend staying, and I'll make sure to learn more Japanese...

家族で利用しました。またの機会にも利用させていただきたいです。

お風呂貸切りも良かったです。他に利用者がいないタイミングが条件で、フロントに申請して、30分間貸切り出来ます。

朝食は食堂で７時半からです。ご飯と汁物は着席した時点でホカホカなものをいただくことができますが、他のおかず類は冷めていきます。よって、どうしてもホカホカ出来立てを召し上がりたい場合には、７時半に食堂に行くことをお勧めします。

エレベーターがあります。コロナ対応により、１人または家族単位あるいは団体単位での利用とのこと。

客室の洗面所は、お湯も出ます。ただ、お子さんたちが利用の際は、やけど注意です。レバーの向きによってかなりの熱湯が出ます。

隣室の音、声がよく聞こえます。家族客の場合は、お子さんたちが大喜びでロフトあたりでドッタンバッタンしたり、お大声ではしゃいでいます。「夜１０時以降は静かに」となっていますので、夜は静かに眠れますが、８時半就寝をしようとした我が家は、２２時までは「旅先のBGM」を楽しみながら眠ろうということにしました。ちなみに、朝早くからも隣室ではドッタンバッタン状態でした。保護者の方がお子さんたちを落ち着かせようと努めてくださっていました。なんと言っているのか聞き取れるくらい、本当に音が通ります。

チェックアウト時間は、「午前１０時まで」です。この情報を得るために、我が家は苦労しました。楽天トラベル利用でしたが、受け取った詳細情報には、チェックインについては「○月○日　○時○分」と詳細でしたが、チェックアウトについては「○月○日」のみ。まぁ～、おおらかでステキな宿泊施設💕と思っていたら、他の施設同様、ちゃんと決まった時間がありました。そうですよね～。フロントの方は「どこにも載っています」と強調して仰っていましたが、公式サイトの一番下の方でようやくチェックアウト時間の記載を発見しました。今回は受け取った予約確認情報から誤った理解していましたが、単純にフロントに電話して確認取れば良かったです～。

加湿器は無いです。冬の利用で空気が乾燥している季節ですが、健康上の理由で加湿がどうしても必要な方は、濡れたバスタオルを吊るすか、加湿器を持参する等、工夫·備えが必要です。
