The property is located 4 blocks from Shizuoka Station, but half of the distance can be covered indoors by walking through the Asty restaurant mall. The hotel has 5 floors of rooms, but only the 4th &5th are non-smoking, so be sure to stipulate that when reserving.||||The rooms are compact, as would be expected, with prefabricated bath/shower installations, but they are well-appointed with everything you might need, including a small but quiet refrigerator.||||The breakfast was great, although the food was directed towards the local population, so you might be disappointed if you prefer western food. The location is within walking distance from the station Shizuoka. there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. although the hotel situated slightly away from the main area. the only noise you here is from the trains entering and leaving the station. The hotel itself don't look much from the outside the windows lighting and reception could do with updating but don't be put off by this the rooms are very nice and cozy and clean. Breakfast is a typical Japanese style buffet with a selection of food. Staff are very friendly, one thing I will say if you are looking for luxury this hotel isn't for you. Clean tidy...
