I'm not really sure how to review this place, I went for the experience and that's what I got!||This place wasn't designed for tourists, the people behind the desk spoke no English whatsoever (I stayed in 6 places in Japan and this was the only place where this was a major issue, obviously I tried to learn basic Japanese, with limited success) so it was hard to know what was going on. ||The first flaw was that they only have tiny lockers to keep stuff in, so I was forced to keep my bag behind reception, they charged for this service.||The shower/ sauna/ jacuzzi/ steam room area was nice, but you need to be ok with public nudity! ||The capsules themselves were better than expected, it looked like a morgue, but they were bigger than expected, I could sit up comfortably. The main issue was that the mattress was very thin and the capsule was hot (there was a loud fan, but it didn't seem to make much difference).||The location was very good, only a couple of minutes from the subway.||It was definitely an experience and was cheap and as advertised, I'm not sure I'd recommend to a friend but it's fine...
