Da•Nobu — Restaurant in Tokyo

Was looking for a place near a place we’re staying and chance upon this (after having jap food for days!)! Was greeted with the warmest welcome by the waitress and owner. Although there was a language barrier, we both tried to get our message across.

We were a group of 6+1 baby. Hence we took up more than half the shop. Food was served on the go and ingredients used were premium and fresh! We can see it all when the owner “performed”! His multitasking skill was superb!

Please don’t trust the review, they definitely deserve way better than this! FOOD WAS AWESOME AND SERVICE WAS SUPERB! My husband and I were saying this was our best meal this far in Japan...

駒込ナンバーワンイタリアン、ダ・ノブ。パスタもピザもリゾットもうまい。ランチはメイン、サラダ、コーヒーで1200円。お値打ちである。

今日はパン粉がカルボナーラにかかるミスがあるも、これはこれでうまい。

無愛想だとかいう人はじっくりのぶさんの働きぶりをみてほしい。見どころはほぼワンオペで大人気のお店を切り盛りする、無愛想に見える店主の効率的な調理と計算された身のこなしである。

どんなに忙しくても暇でも、のぶさんのとこでは毎回同じようなものを食べているが同じようにうまい。これはこれですごいことだ。

駒込の隠れ家イタリアン、Da Nobuは、石窯で焼き上げる本格的なナポリピッツァが魅力のお店です。駒込駅からさくら通りを少し歩いた先に位置し、わずか8席というアットホームな雰囲気が特徴です。

このお店の釜焼きピザは、その味とコストパフォーマンスの高さで評判です。特に癖が強いのが「ゴルゴンゾーラとくるみのハチミツかけ」。ゴルゴンゾーラの独特な風味に、くるみの食感とハチミツの甘さが絶妙にマッチし、一度食べたら忘れられない一品です。
