A specialty of this restaurant. 王様レバー (ousama rebaa) or Emperor Liver served in a rich reduced sauce. ふんわりつくね (funwari tsukune) chicken meat balls made with 大山 Oyama chicken breasts. Very flavorful. Tsukimi (moon viewing) variety is served with a raw egg yoke accompanying the meat ball skewers.
