Enjoyed the warm hospitality from Hide-san, the owner. He took the effort to explain about the town and gave some recommendations on food and things to do 😊

Even gifted us many omiyage and treats, and sends us off on our way out ❤️ Thank you Hide san!

Not that far from town, just slightly uphill. Make sure you have a car though.

The property itself looks cute on the exterior and cozy on the inside. Just be careful of the dust level as we find the room to be on the dusty side. Could not sleep for one of the nights due to dust allergy, probably Hide san need to hire better cleaner 😉

But all in all, would recommend...

Big room in japanese style and super service. Owner was really friendly (he tried his best with his english knowledge). The lake toya is some minutes drive away from the hotel but the owner was so kind and he picked us up after the firework. He also brought us the next day to the lake and gave us some space at his second hotel to leave our luggage. Highly...
