Room 1610. Cannot comment on checking in as we were on a tour. Hotel is Located in a good position lots of restaurants and next door a Megastore that stays open until 2am.will do a separate review on mega store. No porters in Japan, do it yourself. Rooms are spacious with 2 double beds, table and chairs, writing desk, small fridge, hairdryer and kettle. Mainly green tea didn’t see coffee. Plenty of power points. The bathroom spacious with over bath shower and excellent water pressure. The toilets are fantastic in Japanese hotels. Seat warmers along with bum sprayers and bidet something we don’t usually have in Oz, I would really like one. Breakfast was included. Most of the hot foods were cold and I think the reason for this is that the lids are not kept closed. Breads, pastries and waffles seemed to be a day old. There were eggs scrambled or fried, sausages, bacon. Didn’t see any cereal or yogurt and just a couple of fresh fruits. Didn’t impress me at all. No porter service in Japan you do it all yourself I did notice they do have airport style trolleys to take bags to rooms.Just so you know there is no tipping or haggling on price in Japan. This hotel is rated 4 star and I’d agree but for the rooms only the breakfast was probably a 3 and the pool a 0. It looks like it hasn’t been used in years or only because it’s the end of winter who knows. Overall I think...

Overall is okay. I had a visit in July. Nice and clean room with air filter. I had dinner and breakfast as buffet. Food is at nice quality, but need a little more diversity and difference between others meal.

The neighbourhood is amazing. Nice view and there's a large supermarket next to the hotel. That is a market which had everything you want to by.

Staff was kinda nice. They returned me my bag when I lost it at the dining room. However, when I come to my room the keycard was failed to open the room. It might be a mistake and make me tried 10 mins to open the room unsuccessfully. Moreover, when I returned to the reception, I expect the staff will apologize me with full polite like I expect about Japanese. Otherwise, badly, he treated me like I distrubed him, just asked me about room number, took my card and returned to me without any sorry. That is the most disappointing event in my Japan trip, because I was so comfortable with how others Japenese treat me politely (even when I don't use their service and don't know me at all). The hotel really need to train their nightime receptionist more carefully.

Japan is a great country, but I hope someone will change the behaviour for a better experience for...

I have a chance to stay here for 2 night. Firstly, it is a big hotel, the room is massive with a nice view. Secondly, it located next to a shopping mall called Mega Don Quijote. Although it’s convenient, I still don’t want to go back here again. The main reason is the staff attitude. They’re not friendly, unprofessional and being rude. Furthermore, the hotel is overcrowded. At the time I checked in, there a lot of people and the staff didn’t know how to control the situation. After we got some stuff in the shopping mall, my box 📦 was broken on the way back to the hotel. So I asked them for a tape and they glanced at me like I was steal something from them.It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. |P/s: The food for dinner is good. Especially the curry, the beef and the octopus cake. But there is not many choices...

Nothing special about this hotel. Looks like a transit hotel for many tourists to visit the Mt. Fuji from Kyoto. Hotel is clean but the room is really huge in Japan standard. Next to a giant shopping mall and you can buy the local stuff . Walking distance to some eateries place like BBQ and Japanese food. Quite town and is a tall building that you can view the city at night. The breakfast spread is acceptable but limited. The buffet dinner is not so grab despite having the crab but not so fresh! The meat is sticking to the shell and limited varieties of food!
