One of the iconic shops in the area, run by a group of aunties and uncles. The ramen is basically a variation on the same base - you just either get a dollop of miso in it or not, a chunk of butter or not, etc. All of them include a mountain of sprouts. It seems like I always get the yakibuta ramen, which comes with three thick slices of cold chashu - make sure you warm them through in your soup.
