Pros: service was great, very accommodating, and the services on the first floor are abundant. Most front desk attendanta speak english. There are quite a few restaurants and a Lawson's near the hotel. If you stay here there are no major problems that you will experience, however there's a few ones to consider.
Only one elevator works (as of August 2025). At the very least the workers will not use the elevator if you're in it so you can have a faster trip up or down. Slight smell of smoke even in our non smoking room You can't shower in the bathtub. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was small (but larger than many of the other Japanese hotels I've stayed in) and also clean. I had 24/7 internet access, which was very convenient.
