Naeba Village — Hotel in Yuzawa

Super friendly family run hotel, really efficient pick up / drop off to the slopes - I think we had to wait a max of about three minutes one time. Food was nice and hot, portions were generous. I don't think they're going to win Michelin stars any time soon, but thats not what they're aiming for. The rooms, bedding, public areas and bath were really clean and well maintained. Drying room for ski boots / gear was much appreciated, baggage storage, letting us come back and change clothes later on the day we checked out. Criticism? Onsen bath was a little cosy, breakfast seating was full so we had to wait a bit one day (but offers of onigiri-to-go etc), futon was a little thin I thought (then again I weigh 100kg). ユーミンSurf&Snowでお世話になりました！大変気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きましたので、これから来られる方のために体験をシェアさせていただきます。

◎施設のお掃除 →私は相当な掃除好きでアレルギー持ちのため、五つ星ホテルでもお掃除がイマイチだとすぐわかるのですが、こちらでは大変快適に過ごせました。お風呂もお部屋もまさしく「魂のこもった」お掃除で、清潔かつホスピタリティを感じることができます

◎お食事 →夜の中華はアツアツでボリューム満点、ごはんもさすが米どころで美味しかったです。（写真撮りそこねて残念）朝ごはんもバラエティに富んだ献立で美味しくいただきました❤️

◎ご接客 →あたたかいけれど過度ではなく、とても過ごしやすかったです。様々に融通を効かせていただき、苗場プリンスまでタイムリーな送迎をしていただいたのは感謝です！（宿の状況により送迎できないタイミングもあるかもですので、ご容赦ください）

◎お風呂 →私が宿泊したときは無印良品の洗顔料や化粧水などあり、タオルも大小部屋に備え付けてあるため、手ぶらでOKでした！ 浴槽はひとつでしたが、よく温まり、心なしか肩関節炎が和らいだように感じます

◎お部屋 →洋室を利用させていただきましたが、ベッドのマットレスはシモンズ！！！ お布団も空調（二重窓含む）もばっちりで、肩の痛みを抱えた私も朝まで熟睡💤 窓のサッシまで全く埃もなくピカピカだったので驚嘆でした〜！

施設そのものは苗場プリンスと同世代（8-90年代）で歴史を感じさせますが、それをここまでピカピカに維持しているのがすごい！

浴衣レンタルはフロントまで申し出る お茶やポットは自分で上げ下げする ドライヤーレンタルやトイレットペーパーのリフィルは自分で行う ゴミ類の分別収集 部屋ではお茶以外は飲食しない

など、お客の方も協力しながら心地よい環境を維持されている印象でした。

今まで多くのお宿にお世話になってきましたが、こちらのお宿は「おねだん以上」と感じました、
