Prosperità — Restaurant in Yuzawa

Pleasantly surprised to have stumbled across Prosperita after having terrible and overpriced food at the Naeba Prince Hotel. The restaurant is only 10 mn walk from the hotel (it's literally opposite it but separated by a river so you have to walk around). Don't let the decor put you off, the food is simply amazing. We had pasta Amariciana, Vonhole Rosso, the bruschetta, fresh tuna and avocado salad and a pizza (white pizza recommended by the chef). Everything was amazing and made with fresh ingredients. We're sad we're leaving tomorrow and only discovered this little gem today. We will definitely come back next time...

Surely an under-rated restaurant in the touristic vicinity of naeba prince hotel. We came here because we were sick of the overpriced and poor quality food in the Prince Hotel, but we were amazed by the quality of food we were presented. The pasta and pizzas are amazing. We arrived slightly earlier than their opening time of 6pm, and the owner is very accommodative to let us start early. Beef stew is very good, according to my kids. About 10-15m walk from Prince hotel. Could get quite crwoded during weekend as it’s one of the very few restaurants that stay opened around the area (asides from those in the hotel).

Food was good, service was nice. We had some pizzas, pasta and a few appetizers. Would definitely recommend if you stay long in the hotel and want to explore...
