It’s a late review given that I stayed for more than 2 weeks around a year ago. My company chose it. The location isn’t bad, a few restaurants and shops in the area (it’s mostly a residential area) As for the hotel, it’s old and average. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious but they’re old. There’s a gym in the basement which was nice, a small indoor pool as well but I never swam in it (human soup) The WiFi is not that good, sometimes it would completely shut down for a couple of hours. The staff is nice, it was a full board accommodation and the buffet downstairs was okay with decent choices although the quality was questionable. But the room service was absolutely disgusting, and it’s not just once or twice for me to say that maybe it’s a mistake. It happened every time until I decided never again after a few days. First, I hate wasting food but couldn’t finish what I ordered because it’s that bad, the hygiene standard is low, food is very oily, and I got stomach pain and diarrhea from it. Read moreThe hotel have changed 180 degrees to the betterment of it .. The service is great, the breakfast and lunch buffet are great with an excellent choices and varieties... I went there more than 3 times this summer and every time I go I see more and more improvements.. As soon as you enter the hotel the smell of luxury takes your sense up and elevate your mode, the food and appetizers we got were first class, thanks to the management, Mr. Yanal and the team there... As soon as you give your car to the vallet gentleman he greats you with an awesome smile, and carefully takes your car, and once you enter the hotel you see fresh things (Plants, frames its looks fresh) you feel you are entering a bright and welcoming place that puts you into vacation mode even if you are not on vacation... The staff are very friendly and becoming more and more attentive... Keep it up like that and the skies are not even the limit...
