Cushions With No Filling; a Detailed Review of a group experience

In short, bland & not worth the money

In depth, please allow me to recount my experience chronologically... We arrived at the table, the water was hot. I repeat; the water was HOT. As for the buffet, he variety was great, with many different options for main dishes & salads & soups. Lentil soup was wonderful, it was my favourite dish. Samosas, Kebbeh, & Spring Rolls were very bland & you can tell they're ready-made & frozen. All in all, the food was honestly very mid . The servers weren't very cooperative though, we asked them five times to change the hot water to colder ones & they never did???

Anyway, mid experience with a nice atmosphere, still, would not go again lol.

Very cool place to take the family for a nice Arabic Authentic breakfast 🍳 we tried a selection of the different dishes they have and the fresh juices were a hit with the kids. The ambiance was so cozy downstairs with a special section for shisha but they also have an upstairs space for private dining. The quality of the food was amazing the manaesh were freshly baked and delicious and their Nutella crepes is a must if you have a sweet tooth. In total we paid around 60JD for food, drinks and shisha, it could be more or less depending on your family size and appetite. If there's a rating less than 1 star I would've rated them.. I called to make a reservation for two people for the buffet but the person on the call center/in charge of taking reservations is so rude! He told me we can't take reservation for two people, we take for 5 and more! I told him I'm very disappointed as I'm a regular customer for this place and i will never ever come back again. He didn't care for that as he told me he is the owner and I'm 1000% he is not the owner. I hope the owners of cushions see this. I will literally tell everyone I know the bad experience and treatment and the rudeness of the employee! I'm very disappointed and so upset! Not a way to treat your regular...
