So let's be honest. If you are looking at this place you either are saving money or looking for space because you have a family. If all you care about is space vs price then this is 5 stars. Two bedrooms, a sitting area and a bathroom make it perfect for those with a family.
However the kitchen consists of a sink and a leaking fridge. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is 2ft by 2ft with no wall or curtain. You will soak the entire bathroom using the shower and you have no way to dry the bathroom.
The whole room except for the sheets are dirty. The towels smell like smoke because they smoke inside the hotel (this is status quo in Jordan). They even smoke in the stairwell and then leave the butts on the steps.
They didn't clean the room the entire time we were there but maybe we needed to ask for it.
Honestly you are probably better served booking two rooms if you have a family at a more upscale place and enjoying...

What I liked the most about the place is that it was safe, the staff were helpful and gave me lots of tips about the places I could go to ans explain a lot about Rabia's history and what living there currently is like.
