Extortionists. I arrived and the receptionist pretends that he “forgot” to update the price on Booking and that I should pay double what I have reserved. I asked to cancel the reservation on Booking to avoid cancellation fees and he says he cant because he “forgot” the password to the account. A bit too forgetful, aren't we? After running around in circles for 10 min and me changing my tone to an agressive one, he finally manages to find his boss’s phone number and contacts him to cancel it and waive Booking’s...

Being woken up at 00:20 by a group of screaming women who « were drinking beers » it was like a group a of 100 kids running and screaming in the hotel. Unbelievable. Nobody cared or did anything.
