Stayed in Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights when our return flight got cancelled. Scores well on location & lower room tariff for this fairly decent property. It's a huge property with 100+ rooms in 3-4 categories, spread on 3 floors. Avoid Standard Rooms as they have no windows, no ventilation and would be claustrophobic. ||Deluxe Double Room was very spacious with basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Viz. 32" LCD TV, comfy Queen sized bed, coffee table with Sofa Seats, carpeted floor, 24 hrs hot shower and lovely city view. Drinking water dispenser was installed in the corridor on every floor to offer cold and hot water ( in lieu of E-kettle in the room). Scores well on location as just 14 Kms away from airport, 1 km from railway station, couple of Kms fm the touristy golden square of Panfilov Street Arbat Street & Zhibek Zholy Avenue etc for spending time in the evening. Many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and food courts etc in close vicinity. Mega Park Mall with Magnum supermarket just 3-5 mins walk away. A small mini-mart and a multifunctional Kiosk (recharging Onay Bus Card, SIM, etc) available in the hotels lobby area. A Mini fridge, intercom, wardrobe in the room can make stay more comfortable. For backpacker's, bus # 92 directly connects with the airport and operates btwn 6 am to 10 pm. Else Cabs booked on YandexGo app are about 2500 Tg. Less than 5USD.||The property seems to be old but partially renovated. Few cons observed during the stay - ||# Our Deluxe Double Room didn't work right from the time we checked in & reported to the receptionist. But this AC was probably not working since long, & not repairable as the housekeeping lady simply arranged a Air cooler instead. Neither the room was changed nor the AC repaired during our 2 nights stay. No apologies either for allotting such a Delux room. ||# The bathroom appeared neat and clean, but it gave a bad stink. A strong stench came throughout the stay. ||# Except for the one who helped during checked-in, the rest of the receptionist at front desk appeared quite rude. Even a simple request to help us with 2 pages printouts of our flight tickets was rudely turned down.||# No in-house restaurant, hence no in-house dining options. No breakfast option either.||Overall good option for a short stay for budget travelers and we too may consider to return on our next...

Read moreThe hotel is ideally located at the intersection of Raiymbek Avenue and Seyfullin Avenue. It is just a block away from the Mega Park Mall. The Road has plenty of dining options. The Hotel staffs were helpful and provided with valuable direction despite their limited English. There is a Bar and Shisha House adjacent to the hotel which draws lot of crowd it seemed. ||||Except for its location which can be accessed without any hassle hotel didn't had anything...
