The hotel is centrally located with TSUM mall and Arabat street at a stone throw with a lot of eating and shopping options close by. All staff speak good to reasonable level of English and were very attentive. ||The cherry on the cake being a small garden beside the hotel a great place to hang out in evenings with roses and swing benches.. green and garden across the city and chill vibes of the people with civic sense makes Alamaty a great holiday place. ||Check in - Superb and very smooth, many thanks to the front desk team. They also ensured that our request for interconnecting rooms and vegetarian breakfast were duly conveyed to the respective teams. ||Rooms - We were 3 adults and were ideally placed for a junior suite however due to unavailability booked 2 rooms. ||Thanks to the hotel team they placed us on the higher floor with interconnected rooms and one accessible room for my mother. Both rooms were east facing with good sun light throughout the day and had beautiful mountain and city views. |No balconies though, we realized most hotels and apartments in Alamaty had windows than balconies. ||The bed was superb and rooms equipped with all modern amenities. Ambient and lounge lights, huge wardrobes, nice big wash and shower room and storage area. The Samsung TV did not connect to our I Phones but we managed to connect with a Samsung phone. ||Room Service: Top notch and always ready to care to our requests. Cleaning was spic and span and all amenities duly re loaded - many thanks to the team. ||Breakfast: As vegetarians our buffet selection was limited to salads, fruits, dry fruits and the hash browns but here comes the best part of it.. ||The breakfast restaurant team were top notch and ensured they made us specific Indian breakfast items every day - the Chef and the team went out of the way for us and we are so very grateful for all your amazing hospitality and the food that you fed us.. sweets were|Creatively done and to fall for. ||Special thanks to Chef Kasem, Kristina and the entire team for taking good care of us during our entire stay. ||Jacuzzi and spa:|Jacuzzi with a mountain and city view.. awesome but the water was not that hot and also had a lot of chlorine hence we just used it once during our stay. ||The other amenities like Hamam, Sauna, Shower experience etc were superb and the staff at the spa were very courteous and ensured cleanliness and dry floors at all times - thank you. ||In all we were fed well and taken good care of during our entire stay - thanks team...

The location was quite central with a few good restaurants nearby and the Green Bazaar was about 20 mins walk away.|Checkin was quick. When we got to the room we found only one set of face, hand and bath towels in the bathroom, and one pair of slippers and one bathroom. Rather strange cos we booked for two adults. A call to the reception and the ‘missing’ towels were brought up.|The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Room was of decent size. Bathroom shower was good. No amenities provided though but luckily we brought our own.|The Aircon was not very strong in the room so we had the window open to let the breeze in. Which was fine except it was rather noisy as the window faces the Main Street. But we were so tired from our outings that we slept through the noise!|Two bottles of water were given each day.|Breakfast selection was more than adequate, with cold and hot options.|When we checked out, a very helpful and friendly staff at front desk helped us with the car that we ordered through the app. The driver was waiting on the opposite side of the hotel so he called the driver over for us.|All in all we had a pleasant stay, didn’t regret our...
