The hotel is nice, very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. A few things that made my stay less enjoyable: The room has a working space / desk but no outlet nearby. The closest outlet is by breakfast island area. For business travelers like myself, having an outlet next to the working space is crucial. I stayed at the hotel in the beginning of June when the temperatures were about 90 Fahrenheit (32 Celsius) and the room had a warm comforter. When I say warm comforter, I mean it was like a winter comforter. For the goodness’s sake please provide your customers with summer light comforters! Breakfast starts at 7am but my flight was at 7.30am so I had to leave hotel around 5.30am. The lady at front desk said that they will bring the breakfast to me early in the morning so I can fuel up before my flight which was very nice. But…. They brought breakfast around midnight! Again, for god’s sake DON’T knock on your customer’s door at midnight! Just don’t. I couldn’t believe that someone is knocking at my door at 12am in the morning. If you are willing to go extra mile and provide your customer with early breakfast, please coordinate accordingly. If the customer’s fight is at 7.30am, then most likely your customer is deep asleep / resting at 12am in the morning before flight. Common sense, right? You can tell the staff is trying their best but my advice is to use the common sense. Some things are inappropriate and maybe even found offensive for...
Read moreRelatively new hotel located in central area of Almaty (can walk around to the majority of what there is to do in Almaty). We picked this hotel mostly because of the location and the feedbacks of previous customers.|We were able to check in early (for additional 50% of the room rate), which we didn't mind paying as we came from a tiring flight and wanted to take a nap.|The front-desk folks were nice and friendly, and the check-in went smooth.|The room was sparkling clean and reasonably sized, with comfy bed, fully stocked tea/coffee station, complementary water as well as amazingly stocked bathroom (they even had individually wrapped hair combs there).|Overall, we had a comfortable stay.||There were two major sources of disappointment:|1. The AC had its own life and it was hard to make it work, which was a downside.|2. The breakfast was not the best, to be honest - selection of food was not ideal, it was one of those cases where there were many things on offer, but you would really eat only a few of them. Lacking good quality pastries, coffee was...

The room services are very very active and receptionist very calm and well behaved(English speaking) Speaking of location: excellent. Magnum Supermarket infront. For foodies arabat street is just 6 mins walking distance(you can find all doner.. grills). All the attractions are approx under 20 mins vicinity. Breakfast I would say little repetitive however tasty. Room that I stayed its bit small. Like for 1 person it's apt but in case 2 then it's bit small with no such view as such. Overall I would give it...
