Worst hotel in almaty. Money was stolen from our room by housekeeping 100dollars and kuwaiti dinaars. Rooms were stinky ,we had to spray our perfumes everytime we entered the room. Bathroom had no lock. No ventilation fan in couple of the rooms. We had booked 3 rooms. We cancelled our booking for the last day because of their service. Even after complaining about rooms and theft no one cared to look into the matter. After putting up review on booking.com the manager messaged asking for apology but he was no where to be found when we were there for 2 days. I can even uploads his chats if anyone wants to verify. They only have 1 housekeeping maid and 1 at the reception in the entire hotel. Stay away...
Read moreIt has perfect location which near pharmacy, restaurant, malls, shops, bus station! It wasn't best room I had during my stay in almaty if I compare both facilities and price. But you may try if you love perfect location. Take a look the router of wifi which I didn't put attention before. In my room, the internet connection was freaking bad. I couldn't work at all 😢 during saturday night, it was noisy as hell 😅 no soap in bathroom, only toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. But most of all, the room is clean. Read moreШарлатаны и воры. Посетил заведение 21.07.17 ого Отель не плохой, вот только закона они не соблюдают. Так что если вам дороги ваши деньги и вы хотите оплатить за несколько суток вперёд и вам вдруг срочно надо съезжать раньше вашего запланированного съезда, как это получилось у меня, знайте, вам денег не вернут вообще, так как это против правил гостиницы, что противоречит всем законам защиты правпотребителя РК. Мне не вернули деньги хотя я не прожил там и 12 часов, вторую часть суток за которую я оплатил вторым платежом просто наглым образом пожали плечами и оставили себе ( украли) мои деньги. Табличка: деньги за проживание не возвращаем; без подписи, статьи закона, и печати, это просто бумажка, которой можно подтереться, и в которую тычат всех бедных клиентов, которые хотят съехать раньше запланированного.
Написал в Департамент по защите прав потребителей, а им собственно все равно.
Скоро посмотрят во что их эго обойдётся в скором времени, на законодательном уровне. Прошу кто был в такой ситуации в данном отеле, то поддержите, и опишите свою ситуацию.
Никому, никому не советую. Туда больше ни ногой.
Thiefs and scammers
Terrible hotel, because there is no refunds. So, if you pay for several days upfront, and accidentally you have to move out and get your money back, they won't do that, and will point at the piece of paper, without any stamp, signature, and regulations, according which they can refuse give you a refund, make sure to make a video of them and record everything, because even with a check, you won't get anything, but apologize and etc.
Don't go there, people. Everywhere around the world, big hotels with big names they would do anything for customers.
