Starbucks Reserve — Restaurant in Almaty

HORRIBLE service. I ordered a vanilla p frappuccino, and even when the person repeated my order she clearly said that I ordered a vanilla frappuccino. Then, I got a classic frappuccino. I told them that I didn’t order that, that I ordered a vanilla frappuccino. All they said was ‘No miss, you ordered a classic frappuccino.’ and didn’t bother to change it, or even apologize. I tried it, because I didn’t want to complain too much, and it was horrible. All I could taste was caffeine, so i was basically drinking cold coffee (which, by the way, costs less than the classic frappuccino). The workers watched me throw it away and I saw them roll their eyes and heard them say that I was ‘such a fusspot’.

It's a special starbucks cafe. The only Starbucks Reserve cafe in the city. They offer your coffee to be made using the Clover machine. It had great views to the mountains and Esentai Square. Продали апельсиновый сок с карамельным сиропом под видом какой то новинки, которой нет в меню. Вообще не вкусно, и странно. Я попросила порекомендовать мне холодный кофейный напиток, а в ответ получила какую то мешанину. Когда мне только начали втирать чушь про какую-то новинку, я начала подозревать что мне морочат мозги, но все равно решила позволить кассиру продать, может у него от этого день лучше станет. В общем, хочу сказать то, что будьте осторожны, всегда проверяйте чеки, и переспрашивайте что это за напиток, чтобы не попадаться на уловки кассиров. У администрации прошу обратить внимания на этого кассира, клиент то есть я и так то готов был заплатить деньги за ХОРОШИЙ напиток, и уйти с хорошими впечатлениями об этом месте, а так я заплатила деньги, НО ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЯ от этого места и кофе у меня...
