Read moreAwful service. Drinks took a very long time. No AC and really stuffy on a hot day.The staff forgot 1 dish we ordered. When they brought cheque, I asked them to remove the dish that never came. They refused and instead ran down to the kitchen where miraculously the dish was now ready. The waiter arrogantly tried to claim that the dish (fried potatoes) took 30 minutes, and insisted we pay the full cheque. Read moreThis place was utterly disappointing. Despite warm welcome by manager and beautiful design i completely hated it. First of all it was very hot. Secondly there were flies and most disappointing is food quality. Navat on Dostyk is very good. But at Esentai i did not get what was on the picture. Secondly my sister ordered plov and it was small and not tasty. The tea was good though and welcome drink with baursak. The staff was very demotivated and looked at us as if we are some poor people and they were very arrogant too. We spent 10 000 tenge and left unsatisfied. No wonder is was empty. Avoid this place. Better go where you can really taste authentic eastern dishes. Like Uzbechkas...
