This hotel is clearly past its prime. While the location is excellent and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, unfortunately, these are the few positive aspects.||The rooms - whether a standard room or a suite (we experienced both) - are noticeably worn and tired. The Wi-Fi was barely functional, with the connection dropping every couple of minutes, making it impossible to get any work done. Storage space is inadequate, and much of the equipment, such as the tea pots, appears outdated and long overdue for replacement.||Breakfast was particularly disappointing - so much so that we chose to eat elsewhere, as the hotel’s offering was simply subpar.||What makes this even more frustrating is the genuinely good personnel, who clearly do their best despite these shortcomings. The hotel staff was 50/50, 50% friendly and 50% not. Wi-fi connection was poor. Breakfast was okay, on the other side there is another cafe where you can also have a breakfast and coffee. The room card was always not working, during the day you can go to the reception few times. And if you have a roommate, you have two cards. But one card was always not working. It was very annoying. Our room was not cleaned well after previous guests as we found trash under our beds. During the stay cleaning service was okay. Near hotel there are supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. In the room you don’t hear city traffic. The gym is fine just a bit small. 3 stars only because of the hotel staff...

Ich war 10 Tage im Park Inn. So kriegt man einen guten Eindruck, ob etwas zufällig ist oder doch eher routiniert abläuft. ||||Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr modernen Stadtteil, ist recht neu und dadurch noch in einem guten Zustand. 100 Meter neben dem Eingang ist ein durch die unerwartete Auswahl+Sauberkeit+Ordnung+Preise beeindruckender Supermarkt.||||Der Eingangsbereich mit der 10 Tage defekten Tür war so ziemlich das Negativste, das man erwähnen kann. Aber der Weg für Ersatzteile ist vermutlich lang.||||Die Zimmer waren groß, modern gestaltet und hatten ein akzeptabel großes Duschbad. Es fehlte ein Schrank und die Kleiderstange im Eingangsbereich ist letztlich zu klein für einen so langen Aufenthalt. Zu zweit im Zimmer wäre es ein echtes Platzproblem für die Kleidung geworden.||||Das Frühstück war zwar stets gleich und hatte jetzt nicht das mega große Angebot. Aber es war gut und bot mit frischem, teilw. geschnittenem Obst/Gemüse, frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen oder Pfannkuchen ausreichend Variationsmöglichkeiten über die 10 Tage. Die Brötchen waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig trocken und hart aber Toast, Baguette und Süßteilchen gab es auch.||||Das Personal in Frühstücksraum und an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte dank der dreisprachigen Schulbildung im Land auch mit Englisch kein Problem. ||||Einen Negativpunkt gab es gegen Ende des Aufenthalts. Nach einer Wetteränderung von eher kühl/regnerisch auf heiß wurde die ganze Stadt von extrem vielen schwarzen "Käfern" heimgesucht, die leider auch den Weg ins Hotel und in die Zimmer fanden. Die Gegenmaßnahmen waren für uns Europäer ein wenig zu zurückhaltend. Nach Aufforderung kam auch die Chemiekeule zum Einsatz aber mit mäßigem Ergebnis. Das Hotel kann da nur bedingt dafür.
