Blue Comforts Hotel — Hotel in Ganjoni/Shimanzi ward

I have slept in many places and conditions, but in here I could not sleep. The bed kind of fell down underneath. Not because of the mattress but the wood under just gave up and you wake up to it all the time. And the mosquitos got inside the net so you just wake up scratching yourself. I complained and finally we got a new room. There the bed was good but the fan didn´t work and you wake up because of the mosquitos and the heat. That night it was impossible to sleep so we took the mattress and slept on the roof in order to get at least a little bit of sleep. Again they changed us to a room where the bed was okay and the fan worked but then the water was cut from the whole building. After I came back from work they said it was fixed but when I got in to the room — no water. Because we had used the toilet in the morning, the smell was very lovely. That day we moved away and they refused to give any discount of the price. I do not recommend this “hotel” to anyone. Worst thing was that they knew about the flaws but wouldn’t even say anything when we shifted the rooms. And yes, the towels are like rags rather than...

The receptionist was welcoming, the place was accessible , breakfast was served though there's need get cups and plates replaced , however I did not sleep due to mosquitos , the bed sheets need to be replaced with new ones, the towels were too old, the wifi did not reach level 2 were I was it could only be got if you at the reception. The management needs to do so serious renovation to the place , they should replace the toilet seats, sinks and nets .furthermore they should put on aside the television remote because I tried to switch on the television...
