Avoid This Place at All Costs!
I stayed at Mansion Hotel for four days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the security guards harassed us every time we entered or exited, treating us like criminals instead of guests. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The reception was even worse—they charged us for an extra day, claiming I hadn't paid, even though I had receipts proving otherwise! They refused to acknowledge the mistake and insisted on taking more money. This is blatant scamming.
The bathrooms were filthy, and the air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, the restaurant had almost nothing available to eat, yet they still had the audacity to charge us for breakfast we never even had.
To make matters worse, when my car broke down right at the hotel gate, I had to jump-start it myself. After that, when I wanted to wash my hands, the security guard refused to let me back in! The level of rudeness and lack of hospitality is beyond belief.
This place is a complete disaster—horrible service, rude staff, dirty facilities, and fraudulent charges. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else! Zero...

Read moreA rather quiet place tucked away at a corner off Moi Avenue. It is homely and within walking distance to basic services. A large dining place and bar occupy most of the ground floor. It has six floors with an attendant lift. There are no other facilities for wheelchairs in case of power outage. The rooms are small suitable for short visits. There is efficient WIFI but no air conditioning. The fan in the rooms can only circulate hot air. The kitchen is far from efficient. They goof the orders or plead non availability of items on the menu. Its a place that would perhaps not suit families with children. All in all I had a restful night inspite of the heat. Prices are reasonable and the...
