The overall atmosphere did not set a positive tone for my stay. Additionally, there was no WiFi access for two days, which was incredibly frustrating, especially in a time when connectivity is essential for both work and personal communication. ||When I approached the reception desk to inquire about the WiFi issue, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. They seemed disinterested and dismissive, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I decided to escalate the issue by contacting the owner directly, hoping for a prompt resolution. However, I was shocked when the owner hung up on me during our conversation, leaving me feeling undervalued as a guest.||The combination of a poorly maintained reception area, lack of essential services, and unprofessional staff created an overall negative experience. I found myself wishing I had chosen a different accommodation, one where guest concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at Quale. Spoilt toilet tank handle,non functional shower cartridge,non functional bathroom sewer etc Even after complaining to the team a very minimal help came after about 6 hours!!!
