Quale Hotel — Hotel in Majengo ward

The reception area at Quale leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by its dingy appearance, which felt uninviting and unkempt. The overall atmosphere did not set a positive tone for my stay. Additionally, there was no WiFi access for two days, which was incredibly frustrating, especially in a time when connectivity is essential for both work and personal communication. ||When I approached the reception desk to inquire about the WiFi issue, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. They seemed disinterested and dismissive, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I decided to escalate the issue by contacting the owner directly, hoping for a prompt resolution. However, I was shocked when the owner hung up on me during our conversation, leaving me feeling undervalued as a guest.||The combination of a poorly maintained reception area, lack of essential services, and unprofessional staff created an overall negative experience. I found myself wishing I had chosen a different accommodation, one where guest concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at Quale. Refurbished rooms but poor housekeeping services, No tissues,No dust bins, a tv without a remote, sleepers that can not match your legs. ..they think that you will steal them, stained beddings, smelling duvet, stained and discarded pillows, very dirty bathroom...you can see a toilet with urine splash of the previous guest, when i asked for a dust bin a housekeeper told me to go pick in the other room, i requested for a tissue that was not delivered, i had to buy mine, the most annoying one is when i left my room early to run some errands before check out, i was supposed to leave their room at 10 am but i delayed for one hour, they really charged me full rate with arrogance. very much unprofessional receptionist. I have always been a good client in this beautiful hotel but my last experience was the worst!!!!! Given a room with the poorest items. Spoilt toilet tank handle,non functional shower cartridge,non functional bathroom sewer etc Even after complaining to the team a very minimal help came after about 6 hours!!! Imagine having a short call and you cannot use the washroom and no one seems to care,I felt so bad putting into consideration the fact that I have been a good customer there.
