Blue Room Restaurant & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Majengo ward

I visited Blue Room restaurant on Sunday 4th October 2020 in Mobassa I must say it was a excellent experience full of lovely staff assisting me in their quality service & welcoming me into the restaurant.

All the staff are very nice helping me order and recommend what is best food & beverages to get as it was the first time I ever came into their restaurant was unsure what to order. I ordered lemon iced tea it was too sugary so I went to a staff member he was able to make their lemon iced tea made that happen so I could drink it thereafter. The restaurant is very lovely atmosphere with how the staff are effective in their services to customers and customers enjoying themselves in a nice cool restaurant.

Conclusion I highly recommend anyone to visit this restaurant whether it is by themselves like I did or with friends or family get to experience outstanding services of Blue Room Restaurant situated in...

I always go there whenever am in Mombasa for breakfast, now on 15th April 2023 at around 9.20am, l go there with my wife and child, there were two waiters a dark one and light skin one, the light by one was attending to customers next table, the dark one seemed to have attitude issue, she just looked at us like for 5 minutes and ignored us, the other lady came and attended to us and l asked her why her colleague is ignoring us for a whole 5 minutes and she was doing nothing, she apologized but l was done, l went to Java which has excellent service. I loved going to blue room restaurant for years, you need to tell your waiters good service brings...

I like that blueroom is very conveniently located in CBD thus easy to access. Never tried a meal I suppose coz all the snacks I've tried, their samosas, pies& kebabs were such a disappointment.

Their service is soooo slow, you can wait for 10mins or more to be engaged. The staff are somewhat friendly though.

Their capuccino is OK though not worth the price quoted. Some prices in the menu don't match the actual amount you pay for example, I had a Cappuccino and ended up paying kes. 50 above that which is indicated in the menu🙄 The atmosphere is spacious though abit noisy but has provision for one to work with a laptop as they have many...
