I would like to stat by saying that I have had the pleasure of visiting KFC in dozens of Cities around the globe, it's actually the first time I bothered myself to comment because I guess I want KFC Mombasa to improve as it's my home town. The food is excellent but the service is the problem.
No Strips No Burgers No Colslow ( KFC without Colslow..???) 99% of the time no 350ml drinks. You end up without a drink. 50% of the time I reach home no drink for the combo And offcorse no Strawberry Krusher.
I mean, we appreciate KFC in Mombasa, but I think you rushed it and were unprepared to open. And I would like to add that the orders are not served in order of numbers. Also the supervisor there has no Idea what KFC is about. He thinks it's just an adhoc Restaurant and can run it how he likes. He dosent know how to deal...

When I had liberty and was told that there was a KFC { at that time it was Kentucky Fried Chicken as they had not shortened the name yet.]there I did not believe my shipmates. Unfortunately they close at 8.30PM and I hope it's just because of the restrictions due to Covid19. The food was perfect and the service was great. I was really disappointed by the washrooms.
