While the location is great with easy access to restaurants and things to do, the service is extremely bad - the reception is very unresponsive and it takes multiple notices to get anything done (e.g., get keys, fix water). We have had several bad incidents with the management, which has been frustrating especially with a long-term stay. The rooms are okay (not modern or upgraded but liveable) and the cleaning service is descent but I have come back to the apartment after cleaning and have found several of my personal items broken. The hotel is a world class standard with modern equipment, their services are super duper, the staffs are professionals who don not miss pleasure with work, they are proactive and maintain good hygiene environment always with 2 4 7 security watch.
