Laibon Hotel — Hotel in Nairobi

I like their bar and staff working there in restaurant as well. Location is not the best but close to airport as well as city. BUT: Whom you see in the photo the lady in white as well as the man on the white (running away showing his back).. He is claiming to be the manager and he didn't want to give me his name , but he call himself Josphat. I booked a room for two and they gave me choices between two room (30$ and 25$) the receptionist (not in the photo) explained me that the different is only in the facilities inside. So I got the room with even pair of slippers :). The lady in white came to me around 01:30 AM knocking the door and asking for payment since I have a guest in the room (however I was drinking with my girl all the night in the bar and went up stairs then). She told me she doesn't care what was the agreement between me and the receptionist but I have to pay additional 10$. Which I did and then went to the manager to tel him that I have been humiliated by his staff and he can listen to all conversation from their CCTV camera which I purposely stood opposite it . He was worth than her no respect for clients. Showing fingers and shouting . I didn't have time to call the police , since I had to leave at 04:30. Be aware .. if you have to stay there , you might be charged additional things .. Don't admire the low rate .. take the highest , since even the room was dirty and the toilette broken. I will...

Good waiter service, clean washrooms. Very accommodating and flexible proprietor. Good prices for drinks. Plenty of parking with good security. Newly installed lifts and flat screen TV in the rooms. Some renovations still going on. They have a small conference room with separate lunch/breaks venue. Food is not so good they should invest in better Chef services.
