Food was stale and cold.

I first ordered the Mexican salad and my partner ordered the Greek Bowl. My salad came as a heap of overdressed pile and tasted like pickled vegetables, just sour. The garlic ciabatta was cold and stale. My partner's Greek Bowl had cold chicken and cold rice, when we asked them to heat it up, they heated the entire bowl - with the Yoghurt and Tahini, both of which obviously split. After explaining very patiently, we had no choice but to return both the dishes.

My partner then ordered a chicken shawarma, which came after 40 minutes, but although the flatbread was piping hot, the fries and chicken were fridge cold. We knew there was no use explaining or arguing, so we ate the one order (I didn't have the heart to order anything else)

We left hangry and exhausted, and feeling bad about having to return food, but it was seriously inedible. They have a big kitchen but it's useless... And the staff was unhelpful, defensive, rude, and seemed like they were actively avoiding us.

Ordered the promo on Glovo which is the Sandwich+chips+drink, including transport this was ksh.840.

I chose them because I have eaten there and I love the high standards and quality of food. My take: Pros. The delivery time with Glovo and efficiency was excellent. Under 30 minutes Everything arrived in one piece, plus packaging was good. The delivery guy was professional.

Cons The food was far from impressive! The sandwich was extremely salty,thankfully warm, the juice was borderline off and the fries..this was the point where I almost cried😭. The chips were terrible!! They were hard, cold, not well cooked, like they were cooked the previous day, and tasted NOTHING like art cafe fries. It's like eating rocks!😣

I honestly had to check whether I was eating from Art Cafe or food from elsewhere. The overall food quality from this experience was disappointing especially after paying all that money. If this was my first time eating here I would definately never come back. I have literally thrown...
