Orion Hotel Bishkek — Hotel in Bishkek City

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and elegant, with all kinds of details: automatic opening and closing of curtains, Illy coffee maker, Aqua di Parma toiletries and hygiene products, and a huge and very comfortable bed. The hotel takes Covid-19 preventive measures very seriously and we felt very safe in all areas. The breakfast is varied, they cook with really good quality products. The pastries were my addiction, I found them amazing. We also enjoyed a meal with healthy choices without giving up the best taste. I can imagine that this hotel count with some of the best chefs in the city. The gym has everything you need for a complete workout with modern machines and a variety of equipment. The best part was relaxing in the jacuzzi, heated pool and saunas afterwards. Last but not the least, the hotel staff is always willing to help and do everything to make our stay perfect with a smile. And it certainly was. I stayed at Orion Hotel Bishkek recently, and it was such a great experience! The hotel is very beautiful, and you can see they used very good materials. The floors are shiny marble, and the rooms have nice wooden details that make everything feel cozy but also very high class.||The location is also perfect. It is in the center of Bishkek, so it was very easy for me to go to different places in the city. Shops, restaurants, and parks are all close by, which was very convenient.||What I loved most was the staff. They are always smiling and so friendly. Even if I needed something small, they were happy to help me. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable.||The only thing that was not so good is the parking. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking spaces, so I had to find a place on the street nearby. It was a little bit difficult, but it was okay in the end.||Overall, I think Orion Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing time in Bishkek. A grand locally owned hotel in the center of town, yet in a quiet locality, and a park nearby. Rooms are huge and well decorated with excellent bath and toiletries from aqua di parma. We were travelling in a group of 18 and check in was smooth. Breakfast was awesome with a huge spread of western and local delicacies. Fresh orange juice was very nice. The one star less for the dinner on the last day. Was a bit off key. Service was spotty as they had an event next door, and the perfection and taste of the breakfast dishes was sadly lacking.
