I spent many a happy lunch time here four years ago and I wanted to return on my trip to Krygzstan a few weeks back.
I found it to be expensive compared to other great vanues which have now opened up in Bishkek offering high quality service, food and coffee.
Two issues here ... I asked for a glass of water for myself and wife...they charged us a ridiculous amount..also charged for tomatoe ketchup!
The bill was twice the price of other places we tried in Bishkek offering the same standards and high quality surroundings and food.
The competition has caught up now.. plenty of other options in the city that can match the Navigator....four years ago this was the number one high end coffee, bar and resturant service provider in Bishkek... now there are many ...
Was still great to go back and sit outside in the garden but the city has moved on and other more cost affective places are available...
Read moreIt was the worst birthday celebration my family has ever had. Just candles, no music, and they even refused to play any! No sense of celebration at all. If you don’t offer proper birthday services, you should inform your customers before taking reservations. I spent the whole morning preparing for a surprise, only to be completely disappointed. Very poor service and a weak system overall. I do not recommend this place. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously — I will definitely not be coming back.

Read moreThe quality of food here is advertised to be much better than many of the other neighboring cafes, but I’d argue you’re likely to get the same, if not better, tasting food elsewhere for a better price. I personally found the food here a bit overpriced for the quality you get, however the restaurant does boast a nice patio with a dim and intimate atmosphere at night to enjoy- you’re definitely coming here to enjoy the ambiance much more than the food.
