Best experience at the Xperience hotel. My wife and I stayed there for a week when we visited Lebanon and from check in to check out we got the best service ever. From the reception desk, to the room service, to the housekeeping they treated us in a very professional and courteous manner. A friend recommended the hotel so we booked my husband and I for one night. The location is really amazing with stunning view. upon check in the bell boy took our luggage and escort us to the room which have a lovely balcony but not as expected. Decoration was requested but we had only 2 towels as heart shape on the bed! service is too slow, breakfast was cold and not as requested! The room wasn't clean.
