I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hollywood Inn Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
Upon my arrival, I was quite stressed and tired, and I encountered a minor issue with my room booking. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift resolution of this matter, and I was even upgraded to a suite. I must commend the exceptional service provided by three of your employees, Nazih, Adnan and Juliano, who not only rectified the issue promptly but also displayed an extraordinary ability to help me relax and take my mind off the stresses of my day. Their impeccable customer service was the primary reason I chose to accept the free upgrade rather than seeking accommodations elsewhere.
I strongly recommend that the hotel owner consider recognizing the outstanding contributions of Nazih and Adnan, as well as Juliano with a well-deserved pay raise. Their dedication and exceptional service truly set them apart.
Throughout my stay, I found that any issues, concerns, or questions I had were consistently addressed in a timely and efficient manner, whether by Adnan, Nazih, or any other member of your staff. The level of customer service provided was nothing short of outstanding. Having stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say that I intend to return to the Hollywood Inn Hotel on my next visit to Lebanon.
In terms of location, the hotel's proximity to the beach, cafes, and bars is truly unbeatable. This convenience significantly enhanced my overall experience.
In conclusion, I cannot find fault with any aspect of my stay, and I must reiterate that the quality of service provided by Adnan and Nazih was invaluable to me. I extend my sincere gratitude to your team for a memorable stay at the Hollywood Inn Hotel.

We drove all the way 2 days before the intended stay in order to reserve a room, we asked to pay a deposit but they said, its not necessary. We we got there 2 days after to check in, they said we don't have a reservation, then we had to find the clerk who we spoke with originally in order to check us in. The room had only shower towels so we asked for hand showers, then reminded them after 2 hours in order for us to get it. The towels didn't smell fresh and clean. The breakfast was not fresh, orange juice was spoiled. When we checked in, the AC was off in the room and we had to wait to get the room cool enough to be able to stay in such a hot weather. Not sure how many stars is this hotel, but hotels for me means comfort and good hospitality, where you feel home and relaxed. This definitely was not the case. If hotel stay means relaxation and pampering, then look somewhere else, other than Hollywood Inn hotel, Jounieh. The view was amazing, the staff was amazing and the roof top pool was absolutely spectacular. Just writing this review I feel pangs about that country and its people.
