Lancaster Tamar Hotel — Hotel in Mount Lebanon Governorate

The hotel itself is fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little tired and some of the bathroom fixtures were rusty but it's fine for the price. I was given a smoking room, which, unsurprisingly, stank of cigarette smoke. It was also at the front of the hotel, so I had the pleasure of listening to the traffic on the busy street all night. The hotel is a short ride from the airport, which is a plus, but it is in an area of town that has nothing within walking distance except a shopping mall. The food in the restaurant is good but one night it took 45 minutes for my meal to arrive. We came here as a syrian group because we are travelling soon and because of their racism they neglected us and didnt serve us as they do to their regular customers and their food was old and not tastey at all no one ate it, they gave us some rooms with broken hair dryers and none working heaters|Plus they didnt respond to our requests when we called them to come clean the rooms |And because no one came to change the bags for the garbage bins we placed them infront of our doors and now the whole floor is filled with garbage bins no one came to collect it since yesterday|This hotel is very bad we wont come back again...

Pool entrance is 60.000 LBP during weekdays and 75.000 LBP during weekend. But the weekend starts early at Lancaster! I went on a Friday, & they decided it was a weekend. (Please mention it when you list your prices!)||There are no changing rooms or shower, you leave with your chlore on.. !!||Food & service are good. The pool is cozy but small, supposed to be open till 6, but they closed it at 4:30.. because they can.
