Chopsticks, City Center — Restaurant in Mount Lebanon Governorate

Tried Chopsticks again and honestly, I really enjoyed it. I had the sweet and sour chicken with rice—super tasty! The chicken was crispy, the sauce had that perfect sweet and tangy balance, and the veggies were fresh. I’ve also tried their sour shrimp before, and that one was surprisingly good too.

One thing I like is that their prices are fair for the quality and portion you get. They sometimes have promotions, which is always a bonus. Also, I love that they include chopsticks with the meal—it’s a small thing, but it adds to the experience if you’re in the mood to eat it the proper way.

The food came warm, well-packaged, and neatly presented. Service is fast, and everything feels clean and organized. It's not fancy or trying too hard, just good solid Chinese food that hits the spot.

In my opinion, this is more of a fast food version of chopsticks rather than your normal chopsticks restaurant so obviously you will not receive the same quality you would receive in your normal authentic chopsticks restaurants.

Ordered the double pleasure which is a Chicken Combo ( noodles/rice + Chicken + Sauce + Spring Rolls/Shrimp + Soft drink) and I ordered the hot and sour seafood soup. The sauce we chose was sweet and sour.

The chicken was amazing, the noodles were a bit bland, and I only liked them when I mixed them with the sweet and sour sauce from the chicken. The shrimp and the spring roll was nice. The soup was awful in my opinion.

Definitely one of your best options in the food court in City Center, but I wouldn't go there if I'm craving some chinese cuisine, I would rather go to...

Chopsticks was a go to but now it has become drastically horrible! To start with, cashier was rude and unfriendly. Second, we ordered take out (Chicken Noodles) from CityCenter, only to find out no cuttlery nor napkins, and the noodles is sticky and dry as well as the chicken terribly dry and it was definitely not fresh!!!!! Order was as if it was cooked months ago!!!!! Terrible experience. Also called to comment about not sending cuttlery and the employer was not helpful at all replying with “I don’t know” and no help at all. 0 customer service. 0 customer satisfaction. 0 food.
